CANCELLATION OF FIH SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH WNS

The FIH – Italian Hockey Federation announces that it has proceeded to terminate the sponsorship agreement with WNS – Wood Nest Sports for non-compliance by WNS itself. This decision was unavoidable as a result of WNS' repeated serious failure to fulfil its obligations.
The serious and repeated non-compliances are related to the failure to deliver the economic agreement and therefore the Federhockey has already activated the necessary procedures to protect its sporting interests and its international image.
The Federhockey informs all associates and partners that this situation has not affected and will not compromise in any way and forms the conduct of all its other activities.

ANNULLAMENTO ACCORDO DI SPONSORIZZAZIONE DELLA FIH CON WNS

La FIH – Federazione Italiana Hockey comunica di aver proceduto alla risoluzione dell’accordo di sponsorizzazione con la WNS - Wood Nest Sports per inadempimento da parte della stessa WNS. Tale decisione si è resa inevitabile a seguito del reiterato grave inadempimento ai propri obblighi da parte della WNS.
I gravi e reiterati inadempienti sono legati alla mancata prestazione dell’accordo economico e pertanto la Federhockey ha già attivato le necessarie procedure per tutelare i propri interessi sportivi e la propria immagine internazionale.
La Federhockey comunica a tutti gli associati e partners che tale situazione non ha pregiudicato e non comprometterà in alcun modo e forma lo svolgimento di tutte le altre proprie attività.
